Initial Session: consultation, sauna and therapeutic bodywork (1 hour 45 min @ $165). This is the time for me to learn about your body, health challenges, and goals you have. We will form a treatment plan moving forward from our initial time together.
Follow-Up Session: therapeutic bodywork (55 minutes @ $120)
Follow- Up with Sauna Session: 15 min sauna with therapeutic bodywork (1 hr 15 min @ $145)

Biomat Far-Infrared treatment, reflexology and reiki session, essential oil blend, and one additional pertinent healing modality: cupping, gua sha, tui na, scalp massage, or neck and shoulder oilentation.
